James began his financial services career in 1994 when he joined M&G Securities as a Fund Administrator. In 1997 he moved to International Financial Data Services (IFDS), the UKs largest Transfer Agent, where he remained for 12 years before transitioning to IFDS Managers to work on the establishment and development of the groups Independent ACD business. In 2013 James joined Fund Partners as Client Director when IFDS Managers was acquired by the PPAL Group. As a member of the Executive Board James had overall responsibility for the delivery of the groups Business and Product Development strategy as well as the day-to-day management of the Relationship Management team. In February 2015 James was promoted to Co-CEO, sharing overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the business with Kevin Lavery. James joined TCFS in April 2017, with day-to-day responsibility for Business and Product Development, Sales & Marketing, Client Relations, Change/Project Management, Distribution Oversight and Fund Listings (Platforms).

Kevin has been working in the financial sector since 2003 when he joined GAM Fund Management in Dublin as a Fund Accountant. He subsequently worked with Bank of New York in London before moving to BDO Stoy Hayward Investment Management as a Senior Hedge Fund Accountant. Whilst at BDO, Kevin progressed to become Director of Operations and Head of Operational Due Diligence. BDO SH IM acted as the Investment Manager for a range of regulated and unregulated investment funds with AUM totalling €7bn. Kevin then joined Fund Partners in 2013 and In February 2015 was promoted to Co-CEO sharing overall responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the business with James Gardner. Kevin joined TCFS in April 2017, with day-to-day responsibility for Operational Oversight of all Third-Party Administrators and Delegated Investment Managers, Corporate Finance, Corporate Services, IT and Data Security.

Risk & Compliance Director
Leanne began her career in the Financial Services in 2000 when she joined National Bank of Canada as a Compliance Assistant. She subsequently worked for various asset managers (PineBridge Investments, First State Investments, Henderson, Jupiter, JP Morgan) within their internal Compliance departments before joining IFDS Managers (Fund Partners) in 2011 as a Senior Manager, Investment Manager Oversight moving to Head of Risk & Compliance in 2014. In May 2016 was promoted to Director. Leanne joined TCFS in March 2017. Leanne is responsible for the ongoing development and implementation of our robust Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Regulatory Change infrastructure. Leanne also provides day to day support to the Co CEOs, taking responsibility for the oversight framework of Custodians, Depositaries, Brokers, Investment Managers, Transfer Agencies and Fund Accountants.
